Bringing over 11 years of experience in luxury hospitality engineering and facilities management, Mayank will lead the resort’s engineering operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, sustainability, operational efficiency, and asset maintenance. He will oversee the property’s engineering functions while driving preventive maintenance initiatives, optimising energy performance, and supporting the resort’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through operational excellence.

Mayank has built an impressive career with some of India’s most renowned hospitality brands. Prior to joining Mulberry Shades Bengaluru Nandi Hills, he served as Chief Engineer at Taj Gandhinagar Resort & Spa. His professional journey also includes leadership roles with Hyatt Place Haridwar, The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat, Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri, Jaipur Marriott Hotel, Kochi Marriott Hotel, and Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and life safety systems, technical installations, preventive maintenance programmes, and engineering teams, while consistently delivering operational efficiencies and enhancing the reliability of hotel infrastructure.
