A Journey of Excellence and Market Mastery Having started his career with esteemed brands such as Grand Hyatt, Mumbai, Vikram has gone on to grow within Marriott International, where he has played a pivotal role in strengthening sales strategies and enhancing commercial performance across his assignments.

Prior to his current appointment, his last tenure was as the Director of Sales at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan. Through his strategic assignments, Vikram has become exceptionally well versed in the Pune market, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge, local insights, and successful experience across multiple Marriott hotels in the city.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and deep understanding of organizational goals, Vikram is adept at fostering strong stakeholder relationships and driving cohesive team performance. In his new role at Marriott Suites Pune, Vikram will oversee all aspects of the sales and marketing department. His primary focus will be on driving innovative revenue strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and cultivating strong partnerships. Seasoned hospitality HR professional, brings with her over 10 years of experience in driving people strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across leading hotel brands. Amruta brings with her over 10 years of extensive experience across luxury hospitality and corporate organizations, with a strong focus on people strategy, leadership development, organizational culture, and HR excellence.

With a decade of experience in hospitality human resources, she has worked with leading global brands including IHG Group and Marriott International. Her expertise spans talent engagement, organizational culture building, and aligning HR practices with the operational needs of hotel teams.

Prior to joining Marriott Suites, Pune, Amruta served as Human Resources Manager at JW Marriott Pune, where she played a key role in strengthening people processes and driving associate focused initiatives.
