With over a decade of hospitality experience, Naveen brings extensive expertise in front office operations, guest engagement, and hotel pre-opening, along with a strong track record of leading high performing teams and delivering exceptional guest service.

Prior to joining ibis Styles Mysuru, Naveen served as Front Office Manager at Fortune Select OMR Chennai, where he successfully led the hotel’s pre-opening front office operations, including operational planning, team recruitment and training, and the implementation of Opera Cloud PMS. Throughout his career, he has been recognised for his commitment to guest service and loyalty excellence, earning the Accor South Asia Hotels Awards 2024 – Loyalty Person of the Year and the ALL-Star Loyalty Champion accreditation.
