Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90 is pleased to announce the appointment of Ajay Kumar Ojha as Food & Beverage Manager, strengthening the hotel’s leadership team.

With more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ajay brings extensive expertise in food and beverage operations, having progressed from banquet service to senior F&B leadership roles. His career includes leadership experience with ITC Hotels, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, The LaLiT, Jaypee Hotels and IHG, including an earlier association with Crowne Plaza Jaipur, where he was part of the pre-opening team. His return to IHG marks a significant milestone in his professional journey, bringing valuable brand knowledge and operational experience to Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90.

Prior to joining Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90, Ajay served as F&B Manager at ITC Fortune Select Global, Gurugram, where he was responsible for overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets, banqueting, room service, inventory management, food safety, cost control and revenue generation across F&B operations.

Ajay is a certified trainer with FSSAI and FoSTaC certifications, further strengthening his expertise in food safety, quality assurance and team development.

In his new role, Ajay will lead the hotel’s Food & Beverage function with a strong focus on enhancing guest experiences, team development, revenue performance and consistent delivery of IHG brand standards.
