With over 18 years of rich experience in hotel engineering, Manish brings a strong track record of driving engineering performance, enhancing asset longevity, and delivering efficient maintenance strategies across leading hospitality brands. He began his career with The Oberoi Group in 2008 and has since built a diverse portfolio of experience with renowned brands including Marriott International and IHG Hotels & Resorts.

Prior to joining Hilton Jaipur, Manish served as the Chief Engineer at The Westin Sohna Resorts & Spa, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing complex engineering operations while ensuring high standards of safety, sustainability, and guest satisfaction. His extensive cross-brand exposure has enabled him to adopt a strategic and result-oriented approach to engineering management.

In his new role at Hilton Jaipur, Manish will oversee all engineering and maintenance operations, driving innovation, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency while upholding the highest service standards. His focus on sustainability and continuous improvement aligns with Hilton Jaipur’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences and responsible environmental stewardship, in line with Hilton’s Travel with Purpose philosophy, creating positive impact for our people, hotels, and communities while delivering long-term value.
