Jaipur – 15^th June 2026 – Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur is delighted to announce the appointment of Varun Pandey as Hotel Manager. With over seventeen years of rich hospitality experience, Varun brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, sales & marketing, revenue optimization, and guest satisfaction to Jaipur’s vibrant city centre hotel.

In his new role at Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur, Varun will be responsible for strengthening operational excellence, enhancing guest experiences, and driving the hotel’s continued growth while fostering a culture rooted in collaboration, performance, and people-first hospitality.

A passionate hospitality professional, Varun began his career with The Imperial Hotel, New Delhi in F&B Service before transitioning into Sales & Marketing with IHG. Over the years, he has worked with leading international hospitality brands including IHG, Accor, Starwood, Marriott International, and Radisson Hotel Group, gaining extensive exposure across upscale and business hospitality segments.

Most recently, Varun served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi, where he played a key role in driving commercial growth, strengthening market positioning, and building strong client relationships.

An alumnus of IHM Hyderabad, Varun also holds a postgraduate MBA from Arunachal University. Outside of work, he enjoys road trips and exploring new destinations, reflecting his passion for experiences and meaningful connections.
