Bringing over 18 years of distinguished experience in luxury hospitality, Chef Vijay joins the hotel with an impressive culinary journey across globally acclaimed hospitality brands, including Sheraton, Marriott, Hyatt, and Park Hyatt.

In his new role, Chef Vijay will spearhead the hotel’s culinary operations, driving innovation across menus, enhancing guest dining experiences, and upholding the highest standards of food quality and kitchen excellence. His expertise encompasses South Indian cuisine, menu engineering, large-scale banquet and outdoor catering, kitchen operations, and culinary team leadership.

Known for his ability to blend authenticity with innovation, Chef Vijay has consistently championed regional Indian flavors while introducing contemporary culinary concepts that resonate with today’s diners. His passion for preserving traditional recipes and presenting them with modern finesse has earned him recognition throughout his career.

Among his notable achievements are the successful curation of a Special Rayalaseema Menu in 2024, leading large-scale outdoor catering for 24,000 guests during the Wells Fargo event in 2024, and representing South Indian cuisine at the Renaissance Lucknow Food Festival in 2018.
