With over 15 years of hospitality experience, Siddhartha Tripathi joins Conrad Pune to lead food and beverage operations and strengthen guest experience and business performance

Pune, October 2026: Conrad Pune has announced the appointment of Siddhartha Tripathi as Director of Food and Beverage. In his new role, Siddhartha will lead the hotel’s food and beverage operations across its restaurants, bars and events, with a focus on strengthening guest experiences, driving operational excellence, developing teams and supporting the hotel’s overall business performance.

Siddhartha brings more than 15 years of hospitality experience, with expertise across food and beverage operations, restaurants, events and team leadership. Prior to joining Conrad Pune, he served as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, and has previously held leadership roles at JW Marriott Pune and The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, among others. His experience across leading hospitality brands, coupled with his understanding of the Pune market, brings valuable operational and commercial perspective to his new role.

At Conrad Pune, Siddhartha will work closely with the culinary operations, sales and marketing teams to further strengthen the hotel’s food and beverage portfolio. His responsibilities will include enhancing dining concepts, driving guest engagement, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, maintaining service and operational standards, and developing high-performing teams.
