With over 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mrs. Chhavi Prabhakar will lead all learning and development operations, focusing on building a culture of continuous learning, inspiring team members to perform at their best, and equipping them with the required skills.

Mrs. Chhavi Prabhakar has worked with renowned hospitality brands, including Marriott International, Amatra Hotels, Accor, Radisson Hotel, Fairmont Maldives, and Hulhule Island Maldives.

Throughout her career, she has played a vital role in driving learning and development initiatives across multiple properties, ensuring compliance with brand quality standards, and working on brand conversions.

Mrs. Chhavi Prabhakar has been widely recognized for her operational excellence in learning and development and her contribution to overall departmental success, earning the Manager of the Month award twice.
