Candolim, Goa – July 2026: Novotel Goa Candolim and Novotel Goa Resort & Spa is pleased to appoint Rebecca Rodrigues as Associate Director of People & Culture. With over 13 years of professional experience, Rebecca brings a wealth of expertise in talent management, hotel pre-openings, organisational transformation, and employee engagement.
Rebecca began her hospitality journey with Country Inn & Suites by Carlson before joining Hyatt Hotels, where she played an integral role in several landmark projects. She was part of the opening team for Hyatt Centric Goa Candolim and Hyatt Place Goa, further strengthening her expertise in building high-performing teams and establishing strong people practices from inception.
Her next assignment with Hilton Goa Resort saw her take on progressively larger responsibilities. Within 18 months, Rebecca was elevated to a cluster leadership role, where she successfully led the pre-opening of Hilton Garden Inn Goa Calangute while overseeing people strategy across two hotels.
Recognised for her collaborative leadership style and strong change management capabilities, Rebecca is passionate about cultivating inclusive workplace cultures that empower people to thrive. She firmly believes that creating a positive and meaningful impact on people remains the cornerstone of hospitality, and her approach is anchored in empathy, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
In her new role with Accor, Rebecca will lead the People & Culture function for Novotel Goa Candolim and Novotel Goa Resort & Spa, driving strategic talent initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering a culture that supports business performance while delivering exceptional employee experiences. Rebecca will also be responsible for driving training and development while building leadership capability and a culture of continuous learning.
