Urban Italia, a renowned destination for authentic Italian dining and exceptional hospitality in Dallas, has announced the appointment of Naveen Kandhol as its new Food and Beverage Manager.

With extensive experience spanning premium restaurants, luxury hotels, and leading beverage brands across India, Naveen brings a wealth of expertise in food and beverage operations, beverage program development, team leadership, guest engagement, and revenue optimization.

In his new role at Urban Italia, Naveen will oversee the restaurant and bar operations, manage departmental budgets, drive profitability, curate innovative beverage menus, optimize inventory and cost controls, and lead staff training initiatives to elevate the overall guest experience. He will also work closely with the culinary team to create unique food and beverage pairings that enhance Urban Italia’s dining offerings.

Naveen Kandhol

Prior to joining Urban Italia, Naveen served as Key Accounts Manager at Piccadily Agro Industries Limited, where he managed the award-winning Indri Indian Single Malt and Camikara Rum portfolios across Delhi and Haryana. During his tenure, he designed unique cocktail menus featuring Indian ingredients, conducted bartender training programs, led research and development initiatives, and collaborated with marketing teams and influencers to strengthen brand visibility and consumer engagement.

His career also includes leadership positions with some of India’s most respected hospitality brands, including Townhall New Delhi, where he served as Food and Beverage Manager and successfully increased beverage sales through contemporary cocktail innovations and strategic partnerships with premium liquor brands.

Naveen has further strengthened his expertise through key roles as Senior Mixologist at Novelle, Shangri-La New DelhiBar Executive at Whisky Samba Gurugram, and Food and Beverage Executive at The Fatty Bao New Delhi. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered operational excellence, enhanced guest satisfaction, reduced costs through effective inventory management, and developed high-performing service teams.

Known for his creativity in beverage innovation, strong leadership capabilities, and deep understanding of hospitality operations, Naveen has established himself as a dynamic professional in the food and beverage industry.
