Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata is pleased to announce the appointment of Sriparna Das as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. With over 12 years of experience in hospitality operations, Sriparna brings extensive expertise in guest service excellence, outlet operations, team leadership, sales strategy, and revenue optimization.
Prior to assuming her new role, Sriparna served as Manager Outlets at Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata. Her professional journey includes key positions with renowned hospitality brands such as JW Marriott Kolkata and Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed restaurant operations, large-scale events, guest engagement initiatives, and business development strategies while consistently driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
A graduate in Sociology from Netaji Subhash Open University, Sriparna also holds a diploma in Hospitality Travel & Customer Service Management. Recognized for her contributions to the hospitality industry, she has received multiple accolades, including the “Most Admired Service Personnel of the Year” award and has played a pivotal role in pre-opening operations, team development, and service excellence initiatives.
In her new role, Sriparna will focus on aligning strategy with execution across the hotel’s food and beverage operations. Her priorities include strengthening cost controls, improving inventory management, enhancing collaboration between culinary and service teams, and fostering a work environment that supports employee well-being and consistent service delivery. She will also contribute to the hotel’s long-term F&B growth by developing dining experiences, leading guest-focused activations, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to help strengthen the hotel’s appeal among local diners as well as MICE and leisure travellers.
