The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of Kumar Arya as Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM). A seasoned hospitality professional with over 17 years of experience across luxury hospitality brands including Marriott International, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and Hilton, Kumar brings extensive expertise in strategic sales leadership, revenue growth, brand positioning, and market expansion.

In his new role, Kumar will spearhead the resort’s overall sales and marketing strategy, focusing on strengthening the property’s positioning across the leisure, weddings, MICE, and corporate segments while driving commercial performance and guest engagement initiatives.

Kumar has built an impressive track record across renowned hospitality destinations including The Westin Goa, Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa, Le Méridien Jaipur Resort & Spa, and Fairmont Jaipur. Prior to this appointment, he was associated with The Westin Goa as Director of Sales.
