Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport has announced the promotion of Avinash Chandola to Rooms Division Manager, alongside the appointment of Anju Rathore as Front Office Manager, further strengthening its Rooms Division leadership team.

A valued member of the hotel’s leadership team, Avinash Chandola steps into his new role following his tenure as Front Office Manager. With over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has played a pivotal role in streamlining front office operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and building a high-performing team culture at the hotel.
In his expanded role as Rooms Division Manager, Avinash will oversee the overall functioning of the Front Office & Housekeeping operations, with a focus on seamless inter-departmental coordination, guest feedback, and strengthening loyalty engagement through Marriott Bonvoy. He will also continue to drive operational efficiencies and mentor teams to deliver consistent, elevated guest experiences.

Joining the leadership team, Anju Rathore brings over 12 years of experience in Front Office operations and guest experience management. She has extensive experience in managing high-volume operations, leading cross-functional teams, and strengthening service delivery standards. Known for her ability to balance operational precision with a guest-first approach, Anju has consistently driven strong guest satisfaction outcomes while building engaged and motivated teams.
