In this role, Varun will lead the Housekeeping Department, overseeing operational excellence, guest satisfaction, cleanliness standards, talent development and brand compliance across the resort.

Varun brings over 16 years of rich hospitality experience across renowned international hotel brands, including Marriott International, Radisson Hotel Group, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in housekeeping operations, quality assurance, guest experience enhancement and team leadership.

Prior to joining The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa, Varun served with Le Méridien Ahmedabad, where he played a key role in driving service excellence, maintaining brand standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the Housekeeping team. His extensive experience has equipped him with a strong understanding of operational efficiency, sustainability practices and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to excellence, Varun will be instrumental in further strengthening the resort’s reputation as one of Rajasthan’s leading luxury hospitality destinations.
