With over 15 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Nitesh brings deep expertise in food and beverage operations, guest service excellence and leadership. Since joining the hotel as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in November 2023, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional operational leadership and a strong commitment to elevating guest experiences. Prior to his tenure at The Westin Chennai Velachery, Nitesh built a distinguished career with some of the world’s leading hospitality brands, including Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Hyatt Hotels. Over the years, he has contributed significantly to renowned properties such as Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Sheraton Grand, and Hyatt Regency.
A graduate of the Institute of Science & Management with a Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Nitesh has earned recognition throughout his career for his operational excellence, leadership capabilities, and passion for hospitality. Known for his people-centric leadership style, he strongly believes in fostering positive team engagement and nurturing high-performing teams. His dedication to innovation, service excellence, and seamless guest experiences continues to contribute significantly to the hotel’s success.
