A seasoned and versatile hospitality professional with a career spanning several decades, Younis Khan brings with him a wealth of experience in hotel operations, guest relations, revenue growth, and strategic leadership. Having worked with renowned hospitality brands such as IHG Hotels & Resorts, Taj Hotels, The Grand Hotels and Resorts, and Radisson Hotel Group, he has consistently demonstrated excellence in managing large-scale hotel operations and leading high-performing teams.

With a strong foundation in Front Office operations, Younis has developed expertise across key areas including operational management, sales and marketing strategies, revenue optimization, guest experience enhancement, team development, and service excellence. Over the years, he has successfully driven business performance through effective planning, seamless coordination between departments, and a guest-centric approach that reflects the highest standards of hospitality. His journey with The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group began in 2024 as Resident Manager – Delhi NCR, and most recently, he has taken over as the Hotel Manager at The Lalit Ashok Bangalore, Karnataka. In his new role, he will oversee day-to-day hotel operations, spearhead strategic initiatives in sales and guest engagement, and ensure the delivery of personalized, high-quality experiences for all guests while further strengthening the hotel’s market positioning.

Younis is an alumnus of Mangalore University, where he completed his graduation in Hotel Management. Throughout his distinguished career, he has also been the recipient of several

prestigious industry awards and recognitions for his contribution to hospitality and operational excellence.

A nature enthusiast, Younis enjoys playing football in his leisure time.
