Known for his operational expertise, refined culinary approach, and ability to lead large-scale kitchen operations with consistency and creativity, Chef Harjyot joins Surat Marriott after a successful tenure at Hilton Chennai, where he served as Executive Sous Chef. Over the years, he has worked with globally renowned hospitality brands including Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, The Oberoi Group, and Lemon Tree Hotels, building a strong reputation for delivering memorable dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
