Q1 Net Profit up by 27.89%

Sinclairs Hotels Limited has posted excellent results for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2026.

During the quarter, it posted a Total Income of Rs.2470.30 lakh, an increase of 26.76% over Rs.1948.80 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. EBIDTA for the quarter increased by 32.85% and stood at Rs.1294.58 lakh (Rs.974.46 lakh). Profit Before Tax was up 29.65% and stood at Rs.1016.95 lakh (Rs. 784.38 lakh). Profit After Tax showed a healthy increase of 27.89% and stood at Rs.790.99 lakh as against Rs.618.48 lakh in the corresponding period of the previous year.

The Company continues to be debt free with strong fundamentals and its Equity (excluding Revaluation Reserves) stood at Rs.10743.59 lakh as on 31st March, 2026.

Sinclairs Hotels presently operates a chain of nine hotels and resorts located at Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Burdwan, Siliguri, Dooars, Gangtok, Ooty, Port Blair, Haldighati (near Udaipur). Several of the Company’s properties namely Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Burdwan, Dooars, Port Blair and Ooty were recognised with TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice Award 2026.

The Company is poised for strong growth over the medium to long term, driven by the fast-tracking of multiple infrastructure projects in North Bengal including improved road, rail and airport connectivity.
