Akhil has been an integral part of the hotel’s leadership team, most recently serving as Director of Sales & Marketing for over three years. In this role, he played a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and building strategic partnerships. With over 19 years of hospitality experience across operations, sales, and marketing, Akhil brings a strong balance of guest focus and commercial understanding. He has worked with leading hotel brands and was part of the pre-opening team at Novotel Vijayawada Varun, supporting the hotel’s successful launch. He has also completed industrial training in quality and hospitality operations.
