Prior to this role, Saket served at Courtyard by Marriott Raipur, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening financial outcomes, enhancing guest satisfaction metrics, and driving agile revenue strategies in a dynamic market environment. His tenure was marked by a disciplined focus on profitability and sustainable growth.

Earlier, as Multi-Hotel Director of Sales & Marketing for JW Marriott Kolkata and Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri, he was instrumental in building integrated commercial ecosystems, sharpening brand positioning, and delivering consistent RevPAR growth. His transition into hotel operations reflects a well-rounded leadership evolution, bridging strategic foresight with operational precision.

Saket’s professional journey spans leading global hospitality groups, including The Oberoi Group, Hilton, and Accor, equipping him with a diverse and sophisticated perspective across luxury and upscale segments.
