A seasoned hospitality professional with over two decades of industry experience, Ruban brings with him deep operational expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record.

Ruban began his hospitality journey with Hyatt in 2002 as a Corporate Trainee at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. He has built an accomplished career, holding progressive leadership roles with renowned hospitality brands like Hyatt, Accor Hotels, and Hilton.

In the past decade, his leadership journey has been marked by General Manager roles within Hilton and Hyatt properties. Most recently, as General Manager at Hyatt Regency Chennai, he has successfully enhanced operational efficiencies, improved profitability, and elevated the overall guest experience.

In his new role at Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli, Mr. Das will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations, with a strong focus on strengthening its brand positioning within Hyderabad’s dynamic hospitality landscape.
