Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa announces the appointment of Mr. Bibhash Rout as Food & Beverage Manager. The appointment reinforces the resort’s commitment to exceptional dining and the highest standards of food and beverage, as it grows as one of South India’s most celebrated destination resorts.

Mr. Rout joins from DoubleTree Suites by Hilton, where he progressed from Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to Food & Beverage Manager. His tenure was marked by sustained revenue growth, disciplined cost management, and a significant improvement in service standards. Before this, at Conrad Bengaluru, he was part of the pre-opening team, building the food and beverage department from scratch.

With 15 years of experience across India’s most respected hospitality brands, including 14 years within the Hilton family, he is known for driving revenue, developing talent, and delivering consistent operational results. In this role, he will strengthen the resort’s food and beverage offering, drive outlet profitability, and take full ownership of the commercial and operational health of the department. From team development to revenue delivery, his focus will be on building a department that performs, while working closely with his team to ensure every guest touchpoint reflects the quality and warmth the resort is known for.
