Eco Hotels & Resorts Limited has announced the appointment of Mahek B. Patel as Head of Operations, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its hospitality portfolio and scale operations across properties.

Mahek brings extensive experience in hospitality operations, having worked with established hotel brands including Bloom Hotel, Lemon Tree Premier, and The Resort Hotel. His experience spans property operations, standard operating procedure (SOP) implementation, guest experience management, team leadership, quality control, and cost optimisation.

In his new role, Mahek will focus on driving Operations consistency and service excellence across Eco Hotels & Resorts’ properties, working closely with property teams and department heads to strengthen processes, implement and monitor SOPs, enhance guest experiences and service standards, improve efficiencies, develop and mentor teams, and support effective budget management and cost optimisation across the portfolio.
