Manas Lal is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience across luxury and premium hotel operations, with a strong expertise in Rooms Division, hotel management, revenue enhancement, and operational excellence.

Before joining Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Airport as Hotel Manager, Manas served as Hotel Manager at Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island, UAE, following his tenure as Director of Operations and Director of Rooms at the same property. His career also includes leadership roles with Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Marriott Hotels in Pune, and Sofitel The Palm Resort & Spa in Dubai.
