Bringing over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, premium dining, and F&B operations, Arpan will spearhead the hotel’s culinary and beverage offerings, with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and memorable guest experiences. 

A seasoned hospitality professional, Arpan has held leadership roles across leading names including Marriott International, The St. Regis Mumbai, Shangri-La Mumbai, The Oberoi Mumbai, Trident Mumbai, and Hilton Mumbai. His experience spans large-scale F&B operations, business development, revenue growth, strategic planning, and team leadership, complemented by his involvement in several notable dining concepts and hospitality pre-openings.
