Bengaluru, 05 October, 2026: Rosetta Hospitality is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Nitesh Kapur as the new Resort Manager of Elements by Rosetta, Varca, Goa, where he will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the resort.

With over two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, Mr. Kapur brings extensive operational expertise from across some of the world’s leading hospitality companies, including Marriott, Le Méridien, Shangri-La, Hyatt Regency and InterContinental Hotels Group. In his previous stint as the Director of Rooms at Aravali Marriott Resort & Spa, Delhi NCR, Mr. Kapur was involved in the pre-opening and successful launch of Marriott’s first courtyard resort in India.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Kapur has developed considerable expertise across guest experience, room operations, team development, brand compliance, and operational performance. As a seasoned hospitality professional, he brings a leadership approach grounded in operational discipline, service excellence and a strong understanding of guest experience.

At Elements by Rosetta, Mr. Kapur will oversee the property’s overall operations, with a focus on strengthening service standards, enhancing guest experiences, developing the team and driving operational performance as the resort enters its next phase of growth.
