Seasoned hospitality sales leader with 11 years of experience across Hyatt, Accor and Hilton brands joins Conrad Pune to drive revenue growth and strengthen key account relationships

Pune, September 2026: Conrad Pune is pleased to announce the appointment of Sanchit Kakkar as Director of Sales, effective July 2026. With 11 years of experience across large resorts and city hotels, Sanchit brings a strong track record of driving revenue across MICE, corporate RFPs and leisure group segments.

In his new role, he will drive the hotel’s overall sales strategy, work closely with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and account penetration, and lead efforts to expand Conrad Pune’s key corporate accounts and long-term business partnerships.

Prior to joining Conrad Pune, Sanchit spent close to a year as Account Director – National Sales at Accor Hotels, Gurugram, leading national sales strategy for key corporate and global accounts across North India. Before that, he spent nearly five years with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, rising from Sales Manager to Associate Director of Sales giving him well-rounded experience across resort and city-hotel sales.

Sanchit holds a B.Sc. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from IIMT Oxford Brookes University, Gurgaon, and a Certified Digital Marketing Master Course from Digital Vidya. He is also a certified Google AdWords Champion and holds additional certifications in email, social media and inbound marketing.
