International Design and Development Leader to Drive Ventive Hospitality’s Expanding Portfolio

Pune, September 23, 2026: Ventive Hospitality Limited has appointed Percy P. Muncherji as Head – Design & Development; a key leadership appointment, as the company continues to grow and enhance it’s hospitality portfolio in India and internationally.

In his new role, Percy will lead design and development across Ventive Hospitality’s portfolio, overseeing new developments, renovations and existing assets. His mandate will encompass design direction, development strategy, technical oversight, engagement with brands and operators, consultant leadership and project delivery, ensuring an integrated approach from initial concept through to completion.

With a career spanning more than three decades, Percy has worked at the intersection of design, development and delivery, combining creative judgement with technical, operational and commercial understanding across a wide range of hospitality projects and markets. a

Prior to joining Ventive Hospitality, Percy served as Vice President – Design & Technical Services at Centara Hotels & Resorts, where he led the Group’s Design and Technical Services function, across multiple brands and international markets.

Earlier, Percy spent more than 16 years with Oakwood Asia Pacific in Singapore, ultimately serving as Vice President – Technical Services. He also held Board positions across Oakwood entities in Japan, China and Indonesia. During his tenure, he played a key role in the development and delivery of 36 properties comprising approximately 5,200 units, while contributing to the evolution of architectural and interior design standards across the group’s brands.

His earlier career included a senior role with The Ascott Limited, working across project design and development, technical services and property delivery in Asia.
