Bangalore, September 2026:Bangalore, August 2026: The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore is pleased to announce the appointment of Prem Dhami as Director of Loss Prevention. With over 18 years of experience across luxury hospitality, pre-openings, risk management and security operations, Dhami brings a strong track record of managing complex environments and high-profile events.

In his new role, Dhami will oversee the hotel’s loss prevention function, including risk management, emergency preparedness, investigations, fire and life safety, surveillance and access management. He will also work closely with hotel leadership and relevant authorities to strengthen preparedness across the property.

Dhami joins The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore from Novotel Jaipur Convention & Exhibition Centre, where he served as Security Manager and led the function during the hotel’s pre-opening.  Over the course of his career, Dhami has contributed to the pre-opening of five hotels and managed security arrangements for major international, political and entertainment events, including the Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors Summit and Rising Rajasthan and concerts featuring artists such as Arijit Singh, Diljit Dosanjh and Karan Aujla. He has also received appreciation from the US Secret Service for managing security arrangements for US diplomats at a Hilton property in Ahmedabad.
