Grand Mercure GIFT City Ahmedabad is pleased to announce the appointment of Rohit Singh Bisht as Food & Beverage Manager.

With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Rohit brings extensive expertise in food and beverage operations, restaurant management, guest experience, team leadership, menu planning, cost management, and business operations. During his career, he has worked with leading international hospitality brands including Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Radisson Hotel Group, managing diverse F&B operations across multiple outlets.

Prior to joining Grand Mercure GIFT City Ahmedabad, Rohit was associated with Fairfield by Marriott, where he progressed into the role of Food & Beverage Manager. His earlier experience includes managing operations at Renaissance Ahmedabad, where he handled multi-cuisine and specialty dining, coffee shop and In-Room Dining operations.

Rohit has also been recognised with several industry and organisational accolades, including Manager of the Year, Spirit to Serve by Marriott International, and Best Restaurant Manager – Ahmedabad Regional at the Aahar Ways Awards. He has also been associated with award-winning dining experiences and has played an active role in improving guest satisfaction and restaurant performance.

In his new role at Grand Mercure GIFT City Ahmedabad, Rohit will be responsible for driving F&B operations, enhancing guest experiences, strengthening team performance, and creating memorable dining experiences that reflect the hotel’s positioning and local influence.
