Commenting on the financial performance, Nirupa Shankar, Managing Director, Brigade Hotel Ventures Ltd. said, “Q1 FY27 reflected steady, broad-based improvement across our portfolio, with resilient domestic demand despite softer corporate/MICE activity, air travel disruptions, and a quiet events calendar weighing on banqueting and F&B. Room revenue remained the key growth driver, with healthy RevPAR growth led by strong pricing power and continued occupancy gains in Bengaluru. Operating EBITDA and margins improved on sustained cost discipline, while profit after tax rose sharply on stronger operating performance and lower finance costs post debt reduction. We remain focused on our expansion plans of doubling our keys and building a diversified portfolio across luxury, leisure, and business segments.”

The quarter also saw the rebranding of the Kochi Infopark property to Courtyard by Marriott. The launch of Courtyard by Marriott at WTC Chennai is scheduled for Q3 FY27.
