A passionate hospitality professional with extensive experience in revenue management and reservations, Radhika brings a proven track record of driving commercial performance through strategic pricing, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and distribution management. Her expertise in maximizing revenue while delivering seamless guest experiences aligns perfectly with Novotel Jodhpur’s commitment to operational excellence and guest-centric hospitality.

Before joining Novotel Jodhpur, Radhika held key roles within Accor’s prestigious portfolio, including Fairmont Jaipur and Fairmont Mumbai, where she steadily advanced through the reservations function and played an instrumental role in enhancing revenue performance and reservation operations. Her analytical approach, collaborative leadership style, and strong understanding of market dynamics have earned her recognition as a results-oriented commercial professional.

In her new role, Radhika will lead the hotel’s Revenue and Reservations department, overseeing revenue strategy, pricing, market segmentation, inventory management, forecasting, distribution channels, and reservation operations. Working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, she will focus on driving sustainable revenue growth while ensuring exceptional service standards for guests.
