He is highly skilled in analysing market trends, managing room inventory, maintaining rate parity and developing strategic initiatives that enhance hotel profitability and operational efficiency.

Throughout his career, Achint has successfully led revenue and reservations teams, supported pre-opening hotel operations, managed large-scale hotel portfolios and worked closely with sales, marketing, finance and front office teams. He has been leading revenue strategy and forecasting for a portfolio of multiple hotels comprising over 750 rooms in his previous role.
