A seasoned hospitality professional with over 15 years of experience across luxury and upper-upscale hotel brands, Sonam brings a wealth of expertise in revenue generation, strategic sales leadership, customer engagement, and business development. Throughout her career, she has successfully driven growth across diverse market segments, including Corporate, MICE, Weddings, Diplomatic, Airline, OTA, Travel Trade, and Leisure.

Prior to joining Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, Sonam served as Director of Sales at Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, where she led commercial strategies across two flagship hotels. Her distinguished career also includes leadership positions at The Westin Resort & Spa Gurgaon, ITC Hotels, Hyatt Regency Delhi, and The Leela Ambience Gurugram.

In her new role, Sonam will lead the hotel’s Sales & Marketing function, overseeing commercial strategy, revenue optimization, brand visibility, customer relationship management, and market expansion initiatives. She will play a pivotal role in further positioning Grand Hyatt Gurgaon as one of India’s leading luxury hospitality destinations for business, leisure, weddings, and events.
