Novotel Goa Candolim is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Priyanka Chandak as Front Office Manager.

With over a decade of experience across luxury and upscale hospitality brands, Priyanka brings with her a strong blend of operational expertise, guest experience leadership, and people-focused hospitality. Having worked with renowned hospitality brands including Hyatt, Accor, Marriott, Taj and The Leela, , she has built a reputation for delivering intuitive, personalized and guest-centric service experiences.

Prior to joining Novotel Goa Candolim, Priyanka served as Front Office Manager at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort & Spa, where she successfully led front office operations for a large-format resort environment with a significant mix of group and transient business. During her tenure, she played a key role in strengthening guest satisfaction performance, driving upselling initiatives beyond targets, ensuring successful completion of global operational audits, and enhancing overall departmental efficiency and service delivery standards.

Her hospitality journey also includes leadership positions at ibis Chennai SIPCOT, Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences, and Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, where she gained strong exposure across front office administration, quality standards, revenue-focused initiatives, loyalty performance, guest engagement.

With a keen understanding of modern leisure and family travel expectations, Priyanka is passionate about curating seamless arrival and stay experiences that are intuitive, warm, and operationally refined — aligning closely with Novotel Goa Candolim’s commitment to contemporary hospitality.
