Bringing with him over 14 years of experience in security operations, loss prevention, and safety compliance across Marriott International properties, he will lead the hotel’s overall security function, ensuring a safe and seamless environment for guests and associates.

Most recently serving as Assistant Director of Loss Prevention (Head of Department) at Aloft Bangalore Outer Ring Road (Cessna Business Park), Ganesh has built a strong track record in managing end-to-end security operations, including risk assessment, emergency response, and regulatory compliance. His career spans key roles across Courtyard by Marriott Nashik, Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi, JW Marriott Pune, and Courtyard by Marriott Pune City Center.

With extensive experience in pre-opening environments and crisis management, he has led critical initiatives such as COVID-19 safety protocols, International Security Risk Assessment (ISRA) audits, fire and life safety compliance, and emergency preparedness training. His expertise includes implementing SOPs and LSOPs, conducting investigations, managing large-scale events, and coordinating closely with local authorities to ensure operational readiness.

A trained professional in fire safety, first aid, and emergency response, he has completed certifications including First Aid training with St. John Ambulance and Fire Fighting training conducted by Usha Fire. Known for his structured approach and hands-on leadership, he has also conducted multiple training programs for hotel associates on crisis management, safety procedures, and incident response.

Over the years, he has been recognised with several accolades, including Best Executive of the Year and Associate of the Month, reflecting his commitment to excellence and team leadership.
