These strategic additions to the leadership team reinforce the hotel’s commitment to operational excellence, world-class hospitality, and employee development.
Yogesh Sharma – Executive Housekeeper

Yogesh Sharma joins Crowne Plaza Greater Noida with over 17 years of extensive experience in housekeeping and hospitality operations. Beginning his career as a Housekeeping Associate at The Oberoi Grand, Kolkata, he has steadily progressed through renowned brands including Trident Bandra Kurla, Jaypee Greens Golf & Spa Resort, Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts and Taj Group of Hotels.
At Le Méridien Kochi, his previous role as Executive Housekeeper, Yogesh was instrumental in enhancing guest satisfaction, optimizing departmental processes, and mentoring large housekeeping teams. He is particularly known for his pre-opening expertise, having successfully established housekeeping operations and systems in several properties from the ground up.

Shailesh Kaushik – Learning & Development Manager

Shailesh Kaushik brings over 8 years of focused experience in Learning & Development, with a strong emphasis on employee training, team capability building, and organizational growth. Previously associated with Baskin Robbins India, he led L&D initiatives for more than 330 stores across North India, significantly improving service quality, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
Shailesh has also contributed to Cinepolis India Pvt. Ltd. as Regional Trainer – South India, and Cafe Coffee Day, focusing on leadership development, talent training, and process enhancement. A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Jaipur, he has further strengthened his credentials with certifications in Food Safety (FOSTAC) and Soft Skills Training.
