May 26th 2026, Bengaluru: ITC Windsor has announced the appointment of Ajay Das as Front Office Manager, reinforcing the hotel’s continued focus on operational excellence and elevated guest experiences.
With over a decade of experience in hospitality operations and guest services, Ajay brings extensive expertise across front office management, reservations, guest engagement, and team leadership. Over the course of his career with ITC Hotels, he has demonstrated a strong track record in driving operational efficiency, enhancing service delivery standards, and building high-performing guest service teams.
Prior to joining ITC Windsor, Ajay served as Front Office Manager at ITC Kohenur, Hyderabad, where he played a key role in streamlining front office operations and strengthening guest satisfaction initiatives. His professional journey also includes significant assignments at ITC Kakatiya, Hyderabad; Welcomhotel Coimbatore; ITC Mughal, Agra; as well as the Guest Contact Centre – Central Reservations for ITC Hotels Pan India, giving him diverse exposure across luxury hospitality operations and customer engagement functions.
An alumnus of the ITC Hospitality Management Institute, Gurgaon, Ajay possesses strong expertise in hospitality systems including Opera PMS, ORS, and Talisma. Recognised for his operational acumen and guest-centric leadership style, he has consistently contributed towards enhancing service standards while fostering collaborative and motivated teams.
