Assuming the position immediately, Chef Henry brings more than two decades of experience across renowned five-star hotels and luxury lifestyle destinations. In his new role, he’ll oversee all food and beverage operations at the property, including signature restaurant Torali Italian-Steak, Rooftop at Torali, The Café, in-room dining and the hotel’s catering and events program.

His time in the Midwest, including Chicago, has further strengthened his focus on seasonality and local sourcing.
