A results-focused professional with an established track record of exceptional sales results, he brings a multifaceted approach to driving revenue and market share for the luxury resort.

In his new role, Praveen leads the sales team to drive growth across rooms, events, and corporate segments. His responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans to increase occupancy and Average Daily Rate (ADR), while coordinating closely with operations and revenue management to ensure seamless execution and accurate pricing.

His journey with Sheraton Grand Chennai began in 2022, where he rose through the ranks from Assistant Sales Manager to Senior Sales Manager. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in negotiating high-value contracts with corporate clients and MICE segments, implementing structured training programs to enhance team sales techniques, and cultivating long-term partnerships through personalized client engagement.

Before joining the team at Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa, Praveen built a distinguished career with several of the industry’s most prestigious hotel brands. His professional expertise is strengthened by a solid academic foundation, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Catering Science and Hotel Management. With a deep-rooted passion for hospitality and a sharp eye for market evolution, Praveen brings operational insight and strategic vision together to his current role, ensuring every guest experience is as seamless as it is memorable.
